Become a Partner in Ability
“Our success has really been based on partnerships from the very beginning.” – Bill Gates
From our start in 1985, our mission has been supported by organizations and individuals whose relationship is defined by our work together for the same purpose. Our corporate sponsorship partners join us in facing challenges and celebrating successes while achieving shared goals.
Join our vibrant community of local, state, national and international corporate partners. Below are just some of the ways you can join the National Ability Center in empowering individuals of all abilities.
Ways to Partner
Gain exposure while providing funding, in-kind donations and/or volunteers to a specific event. Sponsor levels and benefits vary for events. Visit our events page to see our upcoming events.
Support resources for on-going programs and/or new initiatives. Dedicated program partner donations are directed to include scholarship dollars, equipment support and program delivery costs. In addition, some partners choose to volunteer and engage in other National Ability Center program and team building opportunities as part of their sponsorship. Sponsor levels vary depending on the program. For a current list of program opportunities and initiatives, contact Jeremy Housekeeper, program partnership and development sr. manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 435.649.3991 x615
Team National Ability Center
If your goals align with the values and challenges of competition ingrained within elite athletes, Team National Ability Center is a great way to partner with our Paralympic or Team Flyers (previously our Delegation for the Special Olympics) teams. For more information on Team National Ability Center visit our Competition Programs page.
Outreach Allies join with the National Ability Center for the primary goal of building awareness of our shared missions, values and program goals. We aim to partner with corporations and organizations that can effectively spread the word through combining our resources and expertise. Outreach Allies can partner on cause related marketing opportunities, outreach booths, industry events, conferences or simply by requesting a National Ability Center staff or participant to visit your corporation and speak about disability awareness, adaptive recreation and ways to get involved.
Gear Gurus have the gear (equipment, outdoor wearables and more) we need to successfully deliver outdoor and indoor sport and recreation programs. Gear Guru Partnerships rely almost entirely on the donation of product and services for the on-going delivery of programs to children and adults with disabilities through safe, high quality equipment. To learn more about our Gear Guru program visit our wish list, contact email@example.com or call 435.649.3991.
