The National Ability Center's Golden Eagles won the Third Annual Great Salt Cup at the Park City Ice Arena on Saturday, March 22nd after three days of great games with the Chicago Blackhawks and the San Antonio Rampage.
The Golden Eagles won the championship game by a score of 3-0 over the Blackhawks. Chicago was trying to avenge last year's championship loss, but was unable to get anything going offensively throughout the night. The Golden Eagles were able to keep this season's undefeated run intact, as well, and the team has now racked up 15 wins with no losses and two ties on the year. Congratulations to the Golden Eagles, and good luck as they head now to Boston for their next tournament.
