| Ski & Snowboard Programs Contact Staff: Kristen Caldwell 435.649.3991 x623 |

All instructors are specially trained in the adaptive techniques of 3-Track, 4-Track, Mono-Ski, Bi-Ski, guiding skiers who are blind, and techniques for teaching individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities.

Individuals who use wheelchairs, including those with paraplegia, balance difficulties, or bilateral lower extremity amputations can experience cross country skiing using a sit-ski.
Snowshoe: Come explore the snow trails and fresh air of the mountains covered in snow while snowshoeing. Enjoy a winter hike from the more stable base of snowshoes. Take in peaceful scenery while working to improve your physical fitness level, balance and spatial awareness.
Biathlon: Biathlon is an exciting sport requiring a certain level of fitness and a steady aim. The sport consist of alternating skiing and shooting. Biathletes compete under the pressure of the clock that continues to run even as they stop to shoot.
