Equine Assisted Learning - an educational approach that incorporates equine-assisted activities and equine/human interaction in an environment of learning and self-discovery. All sessions are unmounted, taking place on ground. No prior horse experience needed to participate. Lessons are 50 mins and run throughout the day from 10:00am-6:00pm.

A series of progressive, weekly lessons recurring on a designated day and time. 50 mins. private or 80 mins. group lessons offered throughout the day from 10:00am-6:00pm.

* Hippotherapy Session 2Hippotherapy Session 2

Time: 12:30 pm

A treatment modality utilized by physical, occupational or speech language pathologists incorporating the movement of the horse as a treatment surface. Hippotherapy provides a fun and interactive form of treatment that brings the patient out of a traditional clinical setting, and advances treatment goals in a motivating way. Lessons are 35 mins. and run throughout the day from 12:30pm-5:30pm.

The National Ability Center's Team Flyers provides individuals with intellectual disabilities for the opportunity to participate in the NAC competitions and Special Olympics Utah aquatics. Team Flyers is a holistic approach to competition where team members not only learn about specific sport based skills, but they will also work on team-building, learn about health and nutrition, goal setting, and other social life skills. From 4:00pm-5:30pm at NAC.
