At the National Ability Center, people are our most important asset. We promote an environment that facilitates individual and team development while providing opportunities to challenge and advance the goals of our staff while also furthering collective organization goals.

Our staff is well-educated, with years of experience, professional training and certifications. Instructors with disabilities serve in many aspects of the programs and act as role models for our participants. In addition, our professional staff is augmented with interns from university therapeutic recreation and special education programs as well as adult and Peer Partners who attend experiential training clinics about proper use and maintenance of adaptive equipment and topics relating to individuals with disabilities.
