Background Check: It is the policy of the National Ability Center to conduct background checks on all employees prior hiring and offers are conditional based on the background check; however, commission of a crime will not be an automatic bar for employment. All National Ability Center employees either work directly with or have access to sensitive populations including children and people with disabilities, making criminal background checks mandatory for all staff.
