ADVENTURE LEARNING PROGRAM

low ropes course

The National Ability Center’s Adventure Learning Program is a multifaceted experiential learning program suitable for a wide range of individuals. The program is appropriate for school groups, families, corporate retreats and many other groups. Our program offers many levels of challenge which are customized for each participant or group we host. Many of our challenges utilize our high ropes course and test an individual’s inner strength while other challenges, such as our team-building programs, are geared towards discovering both the team’s ability to work together and each individual’s leadership ability.

team buildingAt the National Ability Center we challenge each participant to “discover his/her abilities,” and this paradigm is applied to the many offerings available throughout this program. Every program is tailored to fit each group’s specific goals. Our lodge (which may be reserved for up to 48 people) often hosts groups for one or more nights in a minimalist style that allows the focus of the experience to be on the individual or group. Amenities are limited in the individual rooms to maintain an emphasis on group activities and encourage participants to share space in the lounge and group areas. Meals can be catered through one of many high quality local cateringadventure learning companies, or caterer of your choice.

Organizations seeking a high-level leadership development program paired with team-building experiences will benefit from the physical, hands-on experience that the challenges we offer provide. At the same time, they will also benefit from professional leadership coaching by one of our strategic partners:
